We called this company after staying in a hotel where we found live bedbugs crawling on the bed. They explained what next steps we need to take and when we returned home their k9 searched our belongings to see if we brought any bugs home with us. They were prompt and very professional. The dog did an amazing job along with the handler. Yes, the dog did sniff out bugs that were brought home. Had we not contacted them we may have had big problems down the road.
